Arriving at Galliot Cay Beach on Long Island Bahamas felt like a surreal experience to me. The rocky landscape, turquoise waters, hammocks and picnic tables lined up across the shoreline only make it more beautiful – it’s no wonder the beach has become one of my favorite Bahamas beaches!

How To Get To Galliot Cay Beach Long Island
Galliot Cay Beach, one of my favorite spots on Long Island, is located in North Long Island on the serene Galliot Cay.
The beach is easily accessible. Simply drive toward the world-famous Cape Santa Maria Beach Resort. When you reach the intersection, where you can go left, straight, or right, take a left turn. After about a three-minute drive, you’ll find the entrance to Galliot Cay Beach on your right. Although there isn’t a clear sign for the beach, you can see the picnic tables in the distance on your right. Turn right there and park your car at the end of the road. Chances are, you’ll be the only ones there!
